Arrival and check-in at the hotel with assistance from the Golden Marathon Tours team. Enjoy your first stroll around Darling Harbour to relax and adapt to the Sydney atmosphere.
Day 2 Program
Friday, 28 August 2026
Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a light warm-up session. Visit the Sydney Marathon Expo for BIB collection and to explore world-class running gear. Afternoon at leisure — discover Circular Quay, The Rocks, or unwind by Bondi Beach.

Sunday, 30 August 2026 (Race Day)
The big day is here! Transfer to the start area early in the morning. Run through one of the world’s most spectacular marathon routes — starting at Sydney Harbour Bridge, passing Royal Botanic Gardens, and finishing at the Sydney Opera House. After the race, meet the GMT team at the finish area for assistance and return transfer.

Monday, 31 August 2026
Relax and recover, or take a city tour around Sydney’s highlights — Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, and the shopping district at Westfield Sydney.
Day 6 Program
Tuesday, 1 September 2026
Breakfast and farewell. Spend some final hours shopping or enjoying a coffee by the harbour before heading home — taking unforgettable memories from Sydney with you.
