(“the Company” or “we”) provides marathon tour packages for international races. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding payments, refunds, and booking changes.
1. Payment and Confirmation
Once full payment and registration details (such as participant name or relevant information) have been received, your booking will be considered confirmed, and the entry will be allocated according to the race organizer’s procedure.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
After confirmation, all payments are non-refundable, either in full or in part.
Name changes, package changes, and race substitutions are not allowed (Non-Transferable / Non-Changeable).
Failure to travel or cancellation by the participant will be treated as a voluntary forfeit of the booking without refund.
3. Race Cancellation or Force Majeure Events
If a race is cancelled, postponed, or altered by the organizer for reasons beyond the Company’s control, the Company may offer a trip credit or travel deferral in lieu of a refund, subject to the Company’s terms and conditions.
If the international race organizer cannot allocate bib entries as initially announced, the Company will refund the customer according to the amount actually received back from the organizer.
Refunds will only be processed once the Company has received confirmation and payment from the organizer.
4. Transaction Errors
If a duplicate charge or system error occurs, the Company will verify and refund the transaction via the original payment method within the period specified by the payment service provider.
5. Payment Gateway
For transactions processed through our online payment system, the Company uses Pay Solutions, a licensed online payment gateway provider in Thailand.
Refunds (if applicable) for payments made via Pay Solutions will be processed in accordance with the provider’s terms and processing time.
For payments made via other methods, such as direct bank transfer, the Company will verify and process any eligible refunds based on its internal procedure and timeframe.
